Direct Reservations

 

Check availability for your preferred dates, choose a room and rate plan, and make your reservation through the Art Hotel 158 booking system.

If you have any questions, special requests or need assistance before making a reservation, please contact the Art Hotel 158 team.

 

Reservation Confirmation

 

After making a reservation, you will receive an automated message at the email address you provided. This message confirms that your reservation has been registered in the system, but it is not yet final confirmation.

Art Hotel 158 will confirm your reservation in a separate email once the required amount has been successfully paid.

If the payment is not received or cannot be processed, the reservation will remain unconfirmed and may be cancelled by the hotel.

 

Rate Plans

 

Art Hotel 158 offers two main rate plans:

 

Flexible Rate

 

The Flexible Rate allows free cancellation no later than 3 calendar days before the check-in date.

A deposit equal to the price of the first night is required to confirm a reservation made under the Flexible Rate.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent by the Art Hotel 158 team.

If the reservation is cancelled no later than 3 calendar days before the check-in date, the deposit will be refunded.

If the reservation is cancelled after this deadline or in the event of a no-show, the hotel will retain the deposit equal to the price of the first night.

The remaining balance is payable at reception upon check-in or in accordance with the terms confirmed by the hotel.

 

Non-Refundable Rate

 

When this rate is selected, the full value of the stay must be paid.

Art Hotel 158 will confirm the reservation in a separate email after receiving the payment.

The amount paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show.

 

Payment Methods

 

Reservations at Art Hotel 158 may be paid for using one of the following methods:

direct online payment by debit or credit card through the secure myPOS payment system — the guest pays the required amount when completing the reservation;

remote card payment — the guest enters their debit or credit card details in a secure form, after which Art Hotel 158 charges the required amount remotely in accordance with the selected rate plan;

bank transfer — the reservation is confirmed once the required amount has been received in the hotel’s bank account;

payment by card or in cash at reception — for any outstanding balance or payments that, under the reservation terms, are due at the hotel.

The amount due is determined by the selected rate plan and the terms of the reservation.

If the payment is not received within the stated deadline or cannot be successfully processed, Art Hotel 158 may contact the guest for clarification or cancel the unconfirmed reservation.

 

Deposit Refunds

 

The guest is entitled to a refund of the deposit paid under the Flexible Rate if the reservation is cancelled no later than 3 calendar days before the check-in date.

If the reservation is cancelled after this deadline or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

Art Hotel 158 will process the refund within 7 business days after written confirmation of the cancellation.

Where technically possible, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original payment. The time required for the funds to reach the guest’s account may depend on the servicing bank or payment provider.

 

Reservation Changes

 

Changes to the dates, room type, number of guests or length of stay are subject to availability and the conditions of the selected rate plan.

The price may be adjusted according to availability, season, rate and the updated details of the stay.

Requests for changes are reviewed after the guest contacts the hotel team. Any changes are valid only after written confirmation from Art Hotel 158.

 

Group Reservations

 

A reservation for 3 or more rooms for the same period of stay is considered a group reservation.

Individual terms for confirmation, payment, changes and cancellations apply to group reservations and are specified in a written offer from the hotel.

A deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation value is required to confirm a group reservation.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent by the Art Hotel 158 team.

A group reservation may be cancelled free of charge no later than 15 calendar days before the check-in date, unless otherwise stated in the individual offer.

If the group reservation is cancelled within 15 calendar days before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.

The remaining balance may be paid at reception in cash or by card.

If payment is made by bank transfer, the amount must be transferred before the check-in date in accordance with the terms stated in the written offer.

In the event of a no-show under a group reservation, the hotel will retain the deposit paid.

If the number of rooms, number of guests or dates of stay are changed, Art Hotel 158 reserves the right to adjust the price and conditions subject to availability.

 

Useful Information for Guests

 

At Art Hotel 158, we pay attention to the small details that make every stay more enjoyable. Below, you will find the most important practical information for our guests.

 

Check-in and Check-out

 

Check-in is available after 2:00 PM, and rooms must be vacated by 12:00 noon.

A valid identity document is required at check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability and must be arranged in advance with the hotel team.

For late check-out after 12:00 noon and up to 4:00 PM, a fee of €30 applies. After 4:00 PM, the cost of one additional night will be charged.

 

Respect for the Space and Other Guests

 

We want every guest at Art Hotel 158 to feel comfortable, relaxed and warmly welcomed. We kindly ask you to treat the hotel’s spaces, our team and fellow guests with care and consideration.

Please take care of the hotel property and let us know if you notice any damage or require assistance.

Guests are responsible for covering the cost of any damage caused during their stay.

 

Atmosphere and Comfort

 

Art Hotel 158 is a place with an artistic spirit and a lively urban atmosphere. On certain evenings, the hotel’s common areas may host music events or a more vibrant programme.

To preserve everyone’s comfort, please avoid excessive noise in the rooms, corridors and guest floors, especially late at night.

Should you need assistance during your stay, please contact the hotel team. In the event of repeated disturbance, Art Hotel 158 reserves the right to terminate the stay without refunding any amounts paid.

 

Visitors

 

Your visitors are welcome in your room between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

If a visitor remains after 10:00 PM, they must be registered at reception and present a valid identity document.

For the safety and comfort of everyone in the hotel, please ensure that your visitors comply with these conditions.

 

Pets

 

Art Hotel 158 does not offer pet-friendly accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Smoking

 

Art Hotel 158 is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, apartments or enclosed common areas.

A designated smoking area is available in the courtyard.

Smoking in a room or enclosed common area will result in a €50 specialised cleaning fee.

 

Luggage and Personal Belongings

 

If you arrive early or would like to leave your luggage after check-out, please contact our team. We will be happy to assist, subject to available storage space.

Safes are provided in the rooms for valuables and important documents. We recommend using them throughout your stay.

Please note that luggage left for storage before check-in or after check-out is accepted at the guest’s own risk. The hotel may decline this service if suitable storage space is unavailable.

 

Cooking and Use of Appliances

 

For the safety of our guests and the building, cooking and the use of personal cooking appliances are not permitted in rooms without a designated kitchenette.

In studios and apartments, food may be prepared only with the appliances provided by the hotel.

A €50 specialised cleaning fee may be charged if this rule is not observed.

 

Safety

 

Weapons, ammunition and any other items that may endanger the safety of guests or staff are not permitted on the hotel premises.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in the termination of the guest’s stay.

 

Video Surveillance

 

For the safety of our guests, team and property, the common areas of Art Hotel 158 are monitored by video surveillance.

Video surveillance does not cover the guest rooms.
