RESERVATION TERMS

You can make a reservation for "Art Hotel 158" using one of the following methods:

Once we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability.
You will receive a reservation confirmation via email, which will include the type and number of reserved rooms, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the reservation request, and the amount due.
Reservation payment is made online on our website using a debit or credit card. Enter your card details, and you will receive a reservation confirmation via email.
You have the right to cancel your reservation free of charge up to two days before the check-in date.
To cancel a reservation you have made, you can do so by:

ACCOMMODATION TERMS

Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in is available every day after 14:00.
Check-out is until 12:00.

For late check-out (subject to room availability), a fee of 20 BGN is charged for the period until 15:00, and 50 BGN until 19:00.

Check-in at the hotel requires presentation of personal identification documents for all guests. The information you provide is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and regulations governing information protection, and is processed only in connection with meeting the requirements of the Tourism Act.

POLICIES

Visitor Policy
Guests are allowed to have visitors in their rooms from 06:00 to 22:00. If a visitor stays in the room after 22:00, the visitor must register by presenting a passport or ID card. The hotel is not responsible for any crimes related to unregistered visitors.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the complex.

Smoking Policy
The entire building, including the rooms and apartments, is non-smoking. We appreciate your cooperation with our smoking policy, and we reserve the right to charge a "specialized cleaning" fee of 50 euros to any guest who violates this policy. The designated smoking area is the internal courtyard of the complex.

Cooking Policy, Cooking Appliances, and Combustible Materials
The safety of our guests, staff, and the hotel is of utmost importance to us. Cooking in the standard double and large double rooms, as well as the use of any cooking appliances and combustible substances, is prohibited. A "specialized cleaning" fee of 50 euros will be charged to any guest who violates the hotel's policy. The use of cooking appliances is permitted in the studios and apartments of Art Hotel 158, only with the appliances provided by the hotel. In the event of damage to hotel property, the guest is responsible for covering the full cost of the items.

Video Surveillance Policy
Closed-circuit television cameras (CCTV) monitor the common areas of the hotel. All information is recorded, reviewed on digital media, and stored. Video surveillance is conducted to ensure the safety of guests, their property, and the hotel's property. By signing the registration card upon check-in, guests acknowledge and agree to the use of video surveillance within the hotel premises (excluding the rooms).

Firearm Policy
The hotel prohibits guests or clients from carrying firearms, ammunition, knives, or any weapons of any kind on the hotel premises. Guests who do not comply with these rules will be asked to leave the hotel.

Baggage Storage Policy
Depending on availability, guests may store their luggage at their own risk of loss or damage for any reason in the baggage storage area. Luggage cannot be stored for more than 30 days. The hotel reserves the right to refuse storage.
